DISCIPLINE
The students are guided into adapting desirable norms of behavior. They are expected to develop desirable traits of character under the guidance and direction of the staff. Each student is to strictly abide by the school rules elaborated in the elsewhere in this school diary. Repeated acts of misconduct by a student and failure to respond to disciplinary measures taken by the school authorities will lead to expulsion of the student concerned.
LEAVE
A Written request for leave, addressed to the Principal, should always be forwarded to the class teacher. Leave during the session will be sanctioned only for the following reasons:
- To attend the wedding of a brother/sister or real uncle/aunt.
- To offer condolence to immediate relations
- On medical grounds.
VISITING HOURS
Parents are not permitted to meet their children or the teachers during the school’s working hours. However, parents can visit the school on any Saturday of the month to meet the class teachers. Parents may meet the Principal on any working day from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon. The dates for the parent-teacher meetings will be intimated in the school circulars from time to time.
CORRESPONDENCE
Parents must always write to the Principal on any point they wish to raise or make. Any verbal assurance, given by any member of the staff, will not be binding on the school. The student’s name, class and section must always be mentioned in the correspondence.
PAYMENT
The school fee is to be deposited at the fee counter in the school office on all working days between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. The fee should be paid by the 10th of the month in which it falls due. In case of delay, a fines of Rs.2/- per day will be charged. In case of non-payment of fees upto 30th of the month, the name of the student will be struck off the school’s rolls. Re-admission may be granted to the student concerned at the sole discretion of the Principal.
TRANSPORT
The school will provide transport to the students to and fro from specified stops. The students who wish to avail of this facility will have to pay specified transportation charges.
